I am glad to announce the release of the Swamp & Abandoned World 2 Base sets, part of the reward for the supporters of the Admiral Apocalypse’s Project, my 1stfunded Kickstarter project based on both 3d-printable models and audio file to add to your favourite tabletop games.

The Swamp Base set contains 15 self-supported base models that try to represent the environment and the atmosphere of a spooky swamp scenario from different perspectives.

The two 25mm decorated models give you the entry tickets for a Swamp tour.

A shore moistened by the muddy water opens itself in a strip of land characterized by the presence of creature footprints and wooden altars decorated with leaves and human skulls.

To add consistency between the models, this particular aspect can be found also in both the Deco B 32mm & 40mm bases.

Left on the shore, a sun-bleached wooden raft is waiting for a poor adventurer to help him cross the dead calm but dangerous swamp water, since rafts are one of the primary means of transport in a swamp, beside hovercrafts and alligators.

Before leaving the raft, on the opposite shore a bunch of mangrove trees make the docking tricky (40mm Plain A model). Between them, the oldest, Tree of the Dead (40mm Deco A model), accommodate a pile of skulls.

Log bridges are connecting the various strips of land on this side of the river (25*50mm Deco model), mark of humanoid presence, confirmed by the Swamp Pit (60mm Deco model), the voodoo arena of the Swamp region of the Abandoned World, a circular pit marked by blood and wooden spikes with two voodoo skullpture at the entrance!!

Not so far from the Swamp Pit, a thick foggy layer surround an island with a bunch of human skulls as a nest for monster eggs (75*50mm).

The second base set instead represents the rocky desert area of the Abandoned World sprinkled by rock formations and skulls.

Also here a pit fight, The Pit of Doom (60mm Deco model) projects its shadows on the flat rock ground, a circular arena eroded by the flowing of the time decorated with the skulls of who has been defeated.

In addition, to fit the Swamp Base set scenario two other self-supported models are also available:

- The Wooden Skull Altar (1:64 scale)

- All Seeing Skull
