Description
I got a cheap little engraving CNC router which likes to rattle across my work bench as it turns it into a speaker as it vibrates. Had some flexible filament so I made some 'extruded' dampening feet to pop on to the 20x20 extrusion frame. First ones were 3mm on the little circles for the damping and they were stiffer than I expected. So I made a 2mm version as well.
Printing Details
Print time is 1/4 based on print time of ~14 hours to print 4 at one time. Printing one may need to be slower. Flexible filament is needed and print speed was 40mm... EVERY thing was set to 40mm to minimize changes in speed and thus a chance for the filament to flex in the extrusion process.
