My halloween mask from last year, which I decided to share since I'm working on a new one for this year's costume.
It prints in 4 parts. Supports are definitly recommended to make the eyes easier to clean up.
Total about 3 hours of priming, sanding, and priming again, and probably about 4 hours spent on painting. Total print time was about 12-14 hours of printing, on a Maker Select V2, at .2 mm layer height, 60 print/120 travel speed, 220/80C with Prospec PLA.
In addition to the printed pieces, you will need fake eyelashes, beading elastic, some kind of thin and stretchy fabric, and a lot of patience. For the process of painting this mask, definitely check out some of the fantasically unsettling painting videos for Reborn dolls on youtube.
