Description
Acromegaly is a condition where the body produces too many growth hormones leading to enlarged physical features. This death cast may be Maria Fassnauer (1879-1917), known as the 'Giantess of Tirol'.
Although not visible in this scan, you can still see the hairs of the figure protruding from the scalp.
