This is the upper door clip for an Arrow shed. A set of these are $12 at the hardware store, or you can print this one for a few cents.
I printed mine at ABS 4 perimeters, 75% infill, and lubricated with white lithium grease. This configuration works and feels as durable as the original. PLA might work, but I am afraid that the screw might crack the plastic. The part is available in two formats. The "OEM" format is a very close reproduction of the original injection molded part. This part contains several thin filleted sections that are difficult to print and would be very weak as a printed part. The "Modified for Printing" version has these thin sections revised to print more easily. The parts we installed on the shed are the "Modified for Printing" revision.
I printed this with the round pips that stick out down, parallel to the print bed, matching the orientation of the Thingiverse render.
Printer:
MonoPrice MP Select Mini
Rafts:
Yes
Supports:
No
Resolution:
0.175
Infill:
50% 4 Perimeters ABS
Notes:
Repetier Host with the Cura Slicer. I used Rafts because of a bed adhesion issue. You likely do not need rafts if your printer can reliably print ABS parts.
