I designed this simple bike mount using OnShape.com to be easily customizable and usable. To make yours, simply follow my public link to my file on OnShape.com and change the values in Phone Bed, Phone Bed Depth (Add .125 to your phone's thickness for this value), Volume Buttons, and Power Button. You can leave all other values the same or do further customizations to suit your need.
Export the Hinge Ring from the parts section and print 2 of those, and export the Cradle from the parts section and print it. Use any .2" thick bolts to assemble it. For the pictures, I used the hinge pin from one of my doors.
Hinge ring is designed to fit a 1" diameter bar, but can be shimmed with foam or rubber (aka: from an old bike tube) for grip and shock absorbtion.
