This Faceshield designed by me using Solidworks.

As we know the covid disease outbreak extremely spread worldwide, especially in Indonesia itself as citizen i have to obey the government regulations to stay at home to prevent this damn virus spreading to my country.
so what kind of thing i can do? yes.. help the Medical staff to fight those God Damn virus, with my little efforts at least helping them to work in the field dealing with infected patients
may God help us.. lets through this together, we can do it :)
My settings are ;
1. 0.25mm layer
2. 35-50% infill
3. Using PLA (210 °C Nozzle and 60 °C Heated bed)
4. Speed between 45-80 mm/s (additional setting 20mm/s speed for small part)
5. Retraction at 10mm with 80mm/s speed
6. For Visor, you can using 0.3 -0.5mm PET plastic with 230x230mm dimension
7. For fastener rubber, you can use any rubber (i recommend using fabric rubber band)
8. Don't forget to print the Bolt file, each faceshield using 3 bolts
9. Use Disinfectant before using it !!!
