Doctor PopCorn serves as the lead technician and treasurer for the Council of QuinSee, as his expertise in the sciences has brought him to high esteem among his clan, the Blorbloods. His twin brother Puppitro is the Big Boss in his district, but wants to remain unknown, so PopCorn serves as ambassador instead. He spends his time in the Center of the Grid (AKA Mechanical Midland), and tinkers around with all types of projects.
