E-RING to secure the Stud into the Bed

E-Ring is used to fix the Stud Unit into the Bed rack.
For Sindoh 3DWOX DP200/201, when the printer is idle, its Bed is set to move to the default position at which location is to be the lowest position.
The Stud Unit works as a fixture for the Bed not to move when the printer is idle and the bed is at the default position.
Stud Unit does not affect the precision of the print or any other performance of the printer since the Bed is set to move to its standby position as the printer starts to get ready regardless where the bed was located before.
Time to time, the Stud Unit fell off from the Bed rack as its E-Ring gets dislocated from the Stud due to various shocks to the printer box during shipping.
In result, some of you discover the Stud Unit rolling around on the bottom plate of the printer.
When this happens to you and if you can't find the E-RIng, use this E-Ring design to print out DIY.

How to assemble "Stud units"
- Before operation, please print out the E-ring.stl file.
- Go to Setting - X,Y,Z to position the Bed for the assembly.
Push around 50 into Z direction and all the way inward in Y direction.
Afterwards, turn the power off, disconnect the power cable and safely begin reassembling the Stud Unit.
- Assemble the spring into the Stud Unit.
- There is a hole under the Bed Unit to insert the Stud Unit.
- Face the frontal part of the Stud upward and plug it into the hole.
- Push the Stud upward and assemble the Snap Ring(E-ring).
There is a space near the edge of the Stud for inserting the Snap Ring(E-Ring).
Push the Snap Ring(E-ring) into the space.
If using bare hands is difficult, apply force with a long nose plier.
FYI) After the completion of the assembly, push the Stud Unit from the bottom to make sure the up and down movement is smooth.
The Stud Unit works as a fixture for Bed in cases where the printing is complete or the Bed is placed at its lowest position.
Stud Unit does not affect the precision of the print or any other performance of the printer.
