Here is a very simple design of a filament holder which isn't big and bulk and take's 30 mins to make the 2 you need. You can even print this with very little infill, I only used 10%.
I designed this after needing one and all I could find where one's which looked over complicated for what I needed it to do so I designed this little one which works a treat and should work with all size filament spools.
I have included a couple of feet which you can make out of ninja flex which work great if your printer is pulling the filament straight across instead of pulling the filament up.

Print this on its side for the best results and print this with what ever settings you are happy to print with. I personally used 0.2mm at 40mm/s with 10% infill. When printing the feet. Try to use kapton tape or something which will provide the foot with a shiny finish on the bottom as this produces the best amount of grip.
