The memorial graves or grave markers were from 19th - 20th century Indonesia, who also called them penji reti. On the Penji one can see depictions of slaves, jewellery, and horses carved onto the stone which are signs of wealth and supposedly ensures a high social position in the after-life.
This object is part of "Scan The World".
