Description
This spacer allows a smaller 1/5 scale servo to be used in place of the the designed for HS805BB servo. The servo pictured is a Blue Bird BMS-L530MG servo with dimensions of 29.6mm X 59.7mm which is shorter than the designed for motor size of 29.5mm X 65.6mm.

- Servo Spacer
The Servo Spacer allows a Blue Bird BMS-L530MG or similarly sized servo to be used in place of the original designed for HITec HS805BB servo. Note: The BMS-L530MG servo is of similar specification for power/torque as the HS805BB servo. The BMS-L530MG servo size is 29.6mm X 59.7mm as compared to the HS805BB dimensions of 29.6mm X 65.6mm.- To use the Servo Spacer - Insert the shorter servo into the original holster. Be sure to orient the motor so that the output shaft spline will properly engage the gearing mechanism. Push the motor against one end of the holster then wedge the Servo Spacer into the resulting gap between the holster and the motor. There will not be a need to glue since the motor is fully wedged and is not commonly seeing any forces to push it out of the holster. Securely screw the supplied motor screws through the motor flange into the spacer.
