January 2, 2006: Crain's Chicago Business reported that the owners of this building planed to convert the top five floors of offices into 75 condominiums.
2013: A new plan was announced to turn this building in a luxury hotel.
2014: The neighboring parking lot was demolished to make way for a 21-story addition to this building.
