This is a replacement for weak original y-idler. Mine broke during assembly because I am a tiny bald gorilla. Went overboard with strength but if you like that kind of thing, this may be a good upgrade for you.

As of revision 3A, idler can be attached without dissasembly of frame. Has clearance for idler nut.
My print was in Prusa Orange PETG sliced on Slic3r Prus Edition 1.4. As PETG is a difficult material to tune, below details are offered only as reference.
