Description
Printed on a Lulzbot Taz 5 at our local makerspace. It's designed to be easily snapped together, and is designed to optionally slide over a 5/8" dowel to add extra strength. Created in 123D Design to make it more accessible for others to modify or tweak.
Printing Details
I added brims around the long spires to increase bed adheasion. I also added supports only when I thought it was neccesary. In most cases, no supports were needed on the taz for a majority of the parts. I did add supports to the fork because it was the longest print, and I didn't want it to fail. (est. 14hrs., took closer to 24hrs.)
Most of the print times were around 5-8 hrs. for 4-5 items on the bed at a time.
