¡Bienvenidos a Panamá!
This design is provided in several versions, including a multi-color and multi-part façade that allows you to print this in colors and high resolution.
The Metropolitan Cathedral of Old Panama City (Catedral Primada Basílica Santa María la Antigua de Panamá) is a Catholic church located in the old town of Panama City in Panama.
After a fire that repelled the pirate Henry Morgan in 1671, the ruined original city was abandoned and rebuilt in a point further south that is now called "Casco Viejo" (Old Town). With this move, there was need for a new cathedral, built from 1688 until 1796 (from Wikipedia).
This model was commissioned by Juventino Quiroz for a project that will recreate the most important buildings of the Casco Viejo so that the blind people of Panama can know them, learn from them, and enjoy their heritage.
MiniWorld 3D is excited to bring this model to life as a homage to all the people of Panama. This model was designed from scratch, no scans or repurposed Sketchup models, so it's pristine clean for 3D printing! Please give credit, it's all about spreading culture and education!
