Print the following at .3 or .2mm:  2 jet engines, 1 sleigh front, 1 sleigh back, 1 santa's bag. Print the following things at .2mm or .1mm: the SantaRobot, the santa hat, 1 sleigh arm (I used a raft for this one), the santa arms (again, I used a raft), 8 claws, 6 straight wrists, 2 tilted wrists, 6 snowflake drones, 2 candy drones, 2 sets of 6 gifts, and the license plate.  The STL files should be properly oriented so no supports are needed, but you will need to cut the support built into the hat after printing.  

I painted the parts using acrylic model paints.  Use super glue for the small arm parts and the two halves of the sleigh, and hot glue for the larger parts (engines, Santa's hat, drone wrists, gifts, and Santa/Bag to sleigh).   I glued three presents into Santa's bag, and then a present into the claws of the drones.  Put just a tiny amount on the gripper part of the claws and then push the present in.   The sleigh claw is designed to mount to the back of the sleigh without glue.

The drone "propellers" were cut out of clear plastic food containers, about 25mm in diameter.  The trick for getting mostly perfect circles is to put a pushpin in the center, poke a hobby knife through the plastic 12mm out from the pin, then carefully rotate the plastic around the pin so the hobby knife cuts a circle.  The props were glued onto the drones using a dot of hot glue.  If you end up with a jagged part on your props, put that over the drone body where it is harder to see.

The drones have holes on top for fishing line (mobile) or hooks (ornaments).  Once everything is glued into the sliegh, a large loop of fishing line can be passed around the front and back lip of the sleigh and up to the center for mounting.  For the mobile frame, I used 16 gauge steel wire and fishing swivels.  A dot of hot glue keeps the wire from slipping out.
