This is a small Arm Support for any 20x20 Aluminium Extrusion. The support can be placed at the top of the frame.The angle of the Case can be adjusted.
To ensamble you will need a M4 flat head (6 to 8 mm length) screw and a M4 female thread brass knurled threaded Insert.
Printed at 60mm/s Print Speed. Consider just a feew lines of wall, I use 0.8, so that gives you between inner and out wall a total of 1.6mm. Four layers for Top and Buttom. Infill at 30% with ZigZag Pattern.
Didn't use support for Nut
For the Arm, Zig Zag support, 45°line direction, 20% Density
For the Case, Zig Zag support, 45°line direction, 10% Density
