Teodore Mihali (15th March 1885 - 17th January 1934) was a Transylvanian Romanian politician and interim president of PNR in 1919. He was the mayor of Cluj between 21th April 1926 - 21st October 1926, and again from 23rd June 1927 - 24th July 1931.
He was also knighted under the Order of Ferdinand I and awarded the Grand Cross rank.
