Material: PETG
Description
Parts were printed with Amazon Basics Orange, PolyLite Clear, and SUNLU Green, all PETG.
The parts were difficult to assemble, tolerances were accurate but due to the way the counter balances and piston rods are assembled, it's hard to get force on them to get them together without bending everything, however with a bit of sanding and "persuasion", they finally came together.
My print is nowhere near perfect and has quite the wobble on the crankshaft but does turn smoothly. However, after a blowout of all 4 pistons and the crank which broke off a good portion of the block, and repairing it very jankily using some solder-welding techniques (professional status right?), retuning the timing, IT SPINS!!! It's so awesome to see all these little parts come together to create the functioning part! It's really awesome!! Thanks for the upload!!!
