Description
I printed this to hold my daughter's Home Mini. She's recently been introduced to the Star Wars world, and she instantly fell in love with BB-8. I knew this would be a hit for her!
A few notes, with the cold weather I had a hard time keeping my bed hot enough to prevent warping of the main body halves, to get around this I used a space heater and printed the body on rafts.
I also had a difficult time getting the lower orange head ring to print due to pieces breaking free from my bed. I used a brim to address this issue.
And finally, the main head piece loaded in to Cura upside down. I had to flip it to get it printed correctly.
