Hello and thank you for the fantastic build! I finished mine very smoothly and it fits...just barely. I have a couple suggestions.The walls could be thinner by almost two thirds. My shore trooper helm has walls around 1/2 CM thick (and can take a 400+ fps air-soft shot without a mark). when the cheeks are printing they are almost an inch thick. The red outline in my pic shows what i think that piece should be shaped like. when comparing pics from the show, the highlighted piece doesn't seem to match. All that being said, this model is fantastic and so very close to being screen accurate. I'm excited to be one of the few sporting this costume. I'm bribing my friend to finish the armor for his own helm. Thanks again!
