Hi Devin. Thanks for the design. But I printed this on my Anycubic i3 Mega and even the 0.15 clearance test has plenty of play.
However, when I model-up my own designs using a 0.15 clearance (body separation), I have nice snug fittings.
So I was wondering if your design actually implemented a 0.15mm offset on each face, thereby making the 0.15mm clearance test in fact a 0.3mm face separation / clearance test (as that appears to be more like the part separation that I am seeing)?
