Guide to Redeem Your Tribes December Month Trial

What is Tribes?

Tribes is an all-in-one subscription service for Creators to set up tier(s) with file management and distribution system. Tribes support Creators in building a sustainable revenue stream and a safe space to engage with their community.

How to Redeem Your Free One Month Trial - Step by Step Guidance

*Please note, you will only redeem ONE month free subscription where you need to enter payment details (Card or PayPal) to retrieve it. If you do not want to continue your subscription after a month; you actively need to CANCEL your subscription to not get charged again for the following month’s subscription.

To Redeem the One Month Free Trial, please follow the steps below:

1. You should receive an Invitation Email with your personal email address which is registered with the Crowdfunding. If you think you have not received it, please check your spam folders.

2. Open the email, click on the “Redeem” link and go to the next page.
*Please note, if you have a MyMiniFactory account and you are logging-in, you can directly redeem the Free Month Trial. Please double check with which account you are currently logged-in before redeeming if you have more than one account.

3. Once you click the Redeem button,

If you have an account registered with MyMiniFactory:

Please log-in with your Main Account

Please double-check that you are currently logged-in to the correct account before redeeming.
*If you log-in via a Google account, after you log-in, you may need to return to your Redeem email and click the Redeem button again.

If you haven’t registered with MyMiniFactory before:

Please register to redeem the trial (please read through the Terms & Conditions before you register).

4. After completing the above steps, you should see a blue label showing on the tier which you are eligible to redeem on Creator’s Tribes page, Tiers section. Please click the Join button to subscribe and redeem.
