Welcome to The Christmas Community Print & Paint Competition hosted by MyMiniFactory! We'd like to make you aware of a couple of aspects of this competition before you get started.

1. The Competition is run by MyMiniFactory Ltd. (“MyMiniFactory”) and is open to anyone aged 13 years or over at the time of entry, except;
   1. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individuals engaged in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Competition;
   2. Members of the immediate families or households of those persons listed at 2.1 above.
2. By entering the Competition, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so. MyMiniFactory may require entrants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the competition.
3. Individuals below the age of 13 can take part in the competition with the express consent of their parents, legal guardian or any entity with legal parental responsibility. In order to take part in the contest, written consent must be sent to info (at) myminifactory (dot) com
4. The Competition will begin on 12th December 2020 at 00:00 and will end at 00:00 hours on the 29th of December 2020. The web server (based in UK Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)) is the official clock/timekeeper for this Competition. Entrants can enter between the above dates, after which time no further entries will be accepted.
5. To enter the Competition, an entrant must submit a variation of a design provided in the competition page, (with the uploader owning all attributed IP for their design submission) to the brief described on the competition page. MyMiniFactory reserves the right to reject entries that do not fit the above parameters.
6. Multiple entries may be submitted by the same designer. If the 1st and 2nd most voted entries belong to the same individual, an alternate winner will be selected for the 2nd prize.
7. Successful entrants will be displayed on a community library hosted on MyMiniFactory (subject to confirmation of eligibility). Prize winners will be selected and voted by the team at MyMiniFactory. Voting will start on the 29th of December at 00:00 (GMT) and will end on the 31th of December at 00:00 (GMT). To avoid irregularities in the voting system, MyMiniFactory reserves the right to count the "likes" by unique Internet Protocol addresses (IP) generating them. All successfully submitted and approved designs may be shared by MyMiniFactory for promotional and commercial purposes.
8. Shipment of the prizes can be guaranteed only in the United States of America and European Union (Including United Kingdom), due to logistic restrictions MyMiniFactory and The Sponsor cannot guarantee the shipment for other regions of the world.
9. Depending on the address of the shipment for the prize, taxes and shipping fees might apply. Delays due to the current pandemic situation might also occur.
10. MyMiniFactory will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If a winner does not respond within 14 calendar days of being contacted by MyMiniFactory for the purpose of arranging the prize or does not provide the name, age and photo ID for themselves and their guest within 14 calendar days of being notified of their win (where applicable), MyMiniFactory reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are received after the Closing Date. MyMiniFactory will not be responsible for entries that are submitted incorrectly, or that are lost due to equipment failure, technical malfunction or similar. Proof of submission online does not constitute proof of eligibility for a prize.
12. By taking part in this Competition, entrants agree to the fullest extent permitted by law to release, discharge and hold harmless MyMiniFactory, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, agents and suppliers engaged in this Competition, and the respective directors, officers, agents and employees of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of, or relating to, entrants’ participation in this Competition and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any of the prizes. The foregoing should not be taken as an attempt to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, unauthorized access to, or alterations of entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
13. MyMiniFactory will never disclose an entrant’s personal details to any company outside the MyMiniFactory group of companies for them to use for their mailing or marketing purposes. MyMiniFactory will only use an entrant’s personal details to contact them if they have won a prize, for the purposes of the Competition (including publication of the names of winners as outlined above) and to administer the prizes. By entering this Competition entrants agree to their personal data being held and processed. You may remove your data at any time by deleting your MyMiniFactory profile. For assistance removing your data, please contact info@myminifactory.com.
14. MyMiniFactory reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the Competition at any stage where it becomes necessary to do so. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by MyMiniFactory of this Competition shall not entitle any entrant to any claim or compensation.
15. MyMiniFactory reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant which it considers has not acted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Competition, for any unfair or unlawful conduct, or if failure to do so would result in MyMiniFactory or any of their group companies failing to comply with the law. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winners may lead to forfeiture of their prize. The decisions of MyMiniFactory shall be final and binding in all matters.
16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to or arising from the Terms and Conditions or this competition.
