Good day, friends!

ZBSminiatures unites a group of 3-D designers, artists and tabletop game creators. Wargames and Warbands is our first major digital 3-D crowdfunding project and we decided to make it as big, beautiful and complete as possible.

On this campaign page you will find a truly massive collection of unique and beautiful pre-supported 3-D printable miniatures.

The campaign is very simple and straightforward, there is no fine print, no add-ons or extra purchases. The Basic Pledge ("Skirmish") level gives you 70 miniatures, and the Full Pledge ("All Out War") level will give you access to the aforementioned 70 miniatures as well all unlocked stretch goals (Planned Stretch goals will create a collection of over 250 items, 231 of which are proper minis once all these stretch goals are unlocked). Elegant simplicity.

If you want to check the quality of our miniatures – there is a free character figurine that you can download and print without committing any money -  https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-corrupted-warlock-159457

Divided into 12 distinctive warbands, each with a unique flavour, the miniatures can be used in almost any existing sci-fi themed game, whether an RPG or a mass tabletop wargame. 3 of these warbands (Pox Brides, Blood Maidens and the Harbingers of Ishtar) were created to be compatible with popular fantasy settings as well!

4 of the warbands presented in our campaign are part of the Forge of Destiny setting that has its own lore, arts, and, most importantly, a detailed skirmish-level downloadable ruleset with army lists! The website for these warbands can be found here: http://newdestinygames.com/.

Fast, brutal, and deep in tactical possibilities, FoD is played with 32 – 35 mm miniatures on a randomly generated battlefield, providing players with endless options. With the majority of units and models having only a single wound, generals included, the game is both aggressive and rewarding. Battles in FoD can easily be scaled from a small skirmish to a full-scale engagement without adding any extra sophisticated game rules.

The elite war cadre of the Cult, the Adepts of Asmodeus is a female-only military order that is tasked with missions that are far too complicated for the blood-thirsty Cult Guard or unorganized Cultist Rabble. Covert missions, assassinations, sudden attacks and, when needed, effective full-frontal assaults – the Adepts can do it all. Covered in ritualistic scars and showing signs of mutations, the Adepts have claimed many lives of Colonial Government officers and troops.

The Adepts of Asmodeus warband is represented by a fireteam bearing high-caliber AP rifles, various specialists with exotic and destructive weaponry, as well as several leaders and commanders.

Representations of hatred, treachery and violence, the Blood Maidens are lithe yet extremely powerful creatures that cover great distances in leaps all while swinging ornate great swords. With their bodies covered in both thick skin and ritualistic armor, it takes concentrated effort from skilled combatants to take them down! These entities are the favourite shock troops of the Cult’s esoteric branch.

The Blood Maidens warband is represented by a squad of sword-bearing demons, with full command team leading them to battle.

The Brakkan Empire, rich in military traditions and loyal to its roots, was established millennia ago, and became one of the most prominent powers in the Enigma sector, with its influence and military reach spreading across the total of eight star systems.

Naturally strong and agile, the feline Brakkans are born hunters and killers, both ruthless and tactical when necessary.

The campaign Brakkan warband is a hunting pack, where young Brakkans can prove themselves to be worthy of the imperial citizenship.

After one of the ships of the colonization effort crash landed in yet another part of the Enigma sector, its survivors made unwanted contact with local parasitic lifeforms. Initially peaceful and exclusively beneficial, the parasite was greeted as a means of salvation for the desperate survivors. As the years and generations went by, the symbiosis became different and much more sinister, with the parasite slowly taking dominance over human minds and bodies while developing psychic abilities. Now, the Children of the Dragon are a primitive religious cult worshipping the parasites as gods, with the unwanted guests triggering mutations and “improvements” in their hosts.

The Children of the Dragon warband depicted in the campaigns is a band of Crypt Keepers, the most common Cult forces encountered by other races. They are the Cult militia responsible for protecting newly established settlements, escorting settlers and traders, leading invasion parties and establishing control and piece in newly conquered territories. Crypt Keepers got their name from the catacombs that they reverently guard and which usually house main religious sites and dominant Priests. Many forms of symbiosis were developed as means to both enforce and protect this new order, with Sleepers and Awakened being just several examples of changes that overtook the former crew of the colonization vessel.

What will happen when a polished, oiled, and well-kept war machine that is the Sanctus Manipulus falls to the promises of the Cult priests and temptations of the Void? They become Cult Guards. Having access to the same equipment but with a completely different agenda, the Cult Guard is a military branch of the Cult, the main and most feared forces to be thrown into the many battles of the Cult. Without fear, doubt or remorse, the Cult Guard are ruthless killers and sadists who are complete opposites of their former knightly brethren.

The Cult Guard warband in this campaign is comprised of merciless Cult guardsmen with equipment options similar to these of the Sanctus Manipulus, but with a completely different, hellish design.

The Free Alliance of Colonies and Nations are ancestors of the once-mighty colonization ships that fell victim to a catastrophic incident. Now lost in vast emptiness of space, humans of the FALCON are trying to get back to Earth or make a new home in new and sometimes hostile environments.

When a proper army was non-existent (or too busy to aid distant settlements), the task of defending local communities historically fell on militia – civilians with minimal military training, such as engineers, farmers and agricultural workers who took up arms in order to protect their homes and families.

In new Human colonies of the Enigma sector, the situation remains the same, with Militia forces being the main form of FALCON military presence. Although it is technically possible for FALCON to form a proper regular army, deep mistrust and fear between the Settlers and Wanderers prevents them from reaching the ultimate agreement on it.

Besides, creation and maintenance of such force would require expenditure of tremendous number of resources and equipment. With secondary exploration on full throttle most resources were already diverted to foundation of new colonies and creation of complicated communication and supply lines. Thus, so far, a regular FALCON army remains only a fiction upon paper

While lust and envy are not known to be lethal, the Harbingers of Ishtar that are summoned by the Cult are! Armed with scalpel-sharp claws, ornate daggers and having extreme agility, these creatures compensate their lack of armor with pirouettes and somersaults that they can do while closing in to doomed enemy fireteams.

The campaign Harbingers of Ishtar warband is represented by a squad of these beautiful but deadly combatants, with a full command team leading them to battle.

Skirmish - Basic Pledge: 5 light melee infantry (single squad) - “Harbingers”

All Out War - Total Pledge Unlockables (Stretch Goals):

· 1 Banner Bearer

While they do look like towering warriors from the Eastern folklore from Earth, the Manzu Ama are no living men at all. Beneath slabs of embellished armor there are sophisticated cybernetic mechanisms and complex AI systems. The elite wing of the Colonial Government forces, Manzu Ama squads are dropped into hot zones where human physique cannot endure and when conditions are too harsh for squads of Sanctus Manipulus. Armed with gun and blade and controlled from low orbit, units of Manzu Ama walk into any environment and strike as one while their controllers are out of reach of enemy fire.

This campaign’s Manzu Ama warband is represented by several units of this bizarre army group, such as sword-armed close combat squads or fireteams of riflemen, as well as unit leaders.

With their armour shining bright like a star in darkness, the Sanctus Manipulus are the regular armed forces of the Colonial Government, its sword and shield. Supplied with equipment and weapons for any kind of encounter, these units of heavy infantry can destroy enemy armour or drench swarms of enemies in bullets and flame with equal ease. Shotgun-armed assault squads? Heavy armour-melting laser teams? You name it – the Sanctus Manipulus has it all!

And with the threats that the Colonial Government must face… Sometimes even that is not enough.

The Sanctus Manipulus warband in this campaign represents various unit types of this heavy infantry army. Multiple weapon categories, both light and heavy, as well as commanders and specialists, are all here.

The Shattered were once a sentient insectoid lifeform that achieved major technological breakthroughs such as AI, cybernetics and advanced space travel. However, all this was lost when their home system started dying. Now with their minds united in an AI network and their bodies forever destroyed in radiation and fire, the Shattered are a single entity that wants to recreate and improve the process in which they achieved immortality.

The Shattered warband depicted here in the campaign is the reconnaissance and light assault group called the Scout/Claim/Secure Node, whose functions fully correspond to its name. These rapid deployment teams usually include five to ten mechs called Mirrs and are tasked with reconnaissance, capturing of energy sources, data and prisoners, and rapid response to enemy incursions. While the Shattered are not a bloodthirsty race, SCS Nodes are fast in arriving on intruder’s drop sites and usually the first to cover the planet’s crust with the unwanted guests’ blood.

Without any training or skill, but with enough hatred and rage towards more successful citizens of the Colonies, the Cultist Rabble are former miners, farmers and townspeople who drew arms against the order and the Colonial Government. Fuelled by the Cult’s creed and degraded from constant exposure to Void matter, the Cultist Rabble are the uncountable fodder thrown onto the meat grinder by the Cult. Those who survive several clashes are sometimes rewarded with a rank of a Cult Guard. However, for most of the Cultist Rabble, painful and indignant death is the only option.

The Cultist Rabble warband in this campaign is represented by various former townsfolk of the Colonies who decided to raise arms against the Colonial Government. They are armed with what weaponry they can muster, steal or capture, and are organized in impromptu rifle teams and close combat bands lead by officers.

Skirmish - Basic Pledge: 5 melee/short ranged light infantry models (single squad) - “Rabble (Gun and Blade)”

All Out War - Total Pledge Unlockables (Stretch Goals):
