Hello,
This is my 3rd Design for the 3DPN-Spool-Holder Design Challenge! Just a simple & elegant Thing! :)
You will find all the parts already arranged in the 3dpn-spool-holder-v3.stl file !
I did not have any 3/4 inch wood so I used some aluminium rods I had laying around :)
I know this isn´t the most creative piece of art but it is functional, very rigid, and is entirely 3D-printable! It doesnt take up much space in your shelf, however, if you are searching for a more simple design, then you should check out my 2nd Design, because it is way more simple but it doesn't look as nice as this one! :) it requieres a bit of support but it shouldn't be a problem. If you have your bridge-settings dialed in you can even try printing without supports but it requieres those next level bridges. Note that the outer rings do not need support. I modelled this in Fusion360 and I really learned a lot designing these parts!
Hope you enjoy :)
