I scaled this down quite significantly. I found the easiest way to print was with the cap upside down and the peak resting on the print plate. It printed with no problems, but cleaning up the supports at the end was really time consuming and difficult. If the hat was full size, then this would probably be a lot easier as the hat would be sturdier and easier to work around. I think this would be ideally suited to printers which do dissolve-able supports. I have cleaned the hat up fairly well, although it is not perfect, but basically it shows that the print is fine. I printed with low resolution, but would be better on high.
