Who knows the plague gonna last through a year. Well, to respond to a request, I'm here update the models to include a Deactivated version of the Behelit. I haven't tested the deactivated model, so I will include the separated models of their bodies and caps just to be sure. Enjoy.
Design Note:
I change the necklace hanging part from the original Beherit style (*1) to my disinfectant cap (*2) with a hole. The original style is hard to handle and is impossible to align correctly.
The cap screw is kept pretty tight. I recommend you try turning it with an Allen key so that the next time you can do it by hand easily.
The capacity as I calculate it should hold around 5~6ml. The size is comparable to a fat quail's egg.

I've designed it so that the wall is so thick alcohol vapor cannot penetrate. You can follow my printing guide and do no post-processing and it will work out of the printer. Post-process is still recommended. These are the steps, they are optional.
Print setting
- Infill = Zigzag or Line - You want something that completely fills the infill area
- Infill % = 100%
- Wall (side/top/bottom) = 4 with 1-2 extra skin wall
- Bed adhesion = brim if needed
- Support = No
- Layer height = 0.12 (for screw thread)
- Ironing enabled
- Print hot + print slow = you want layers to fuse well. I did mine at 210c x 30mmps PLA+ from Fast Toner (local distributor)
Once printed, snap the cap out of under the mouth and screw it into his head. The screw is tight enough that you can align it to match your thread direction and not worry about it turning or uncap itself.
- Blow it all over with hot air gun. This should melt the plastic and fill any gap. Rub the chin well as if there is a leak it will be there. Do not blow into the hole as it is super difficult to make sure the inside isn't messed up
- Coat the outside with polyurethane spray to make it smooth. This will also prevent leak if any. Do not spray into the hole as we don't know what the coating might do with the disinfectant
- Paint with something that isn't soluble in alcohol
