This is a design I made a while ago, but only upload it just now, because I wanted to verify first its usability. Now that I found a proper space to mount it at my place, I can share it with you without hesitation. It gives you multiple ways to use:
- First you got the big grips on the top, they are very nice to just do pull-ups, like you wound normally do on a bar
- Then there are the finger holes, you got space to practice finger strength with 4, 3, 2, or one :b finger on the top holes, they are a bit deeper
- There is also the second level of grips, this one is not that deep and for advanced training
- Last there are some slope grips on the top, if you are into that stuff
I mounted mine on a wooden board, which I screwed to the wall, you want to use one of at least 2.5 cm/1 inch (my meassurements are 80cmx10cmx2.5cm), else you can’t grip around the top!!! To screw it to the wood first push a M5 Nut into the hole, I made an inset, so it should fit right in. This helps to reduce the force of the screw on the plastic.
