The previously made "JEC-07" and "JEC-07-1" are models of fans used for the first stage of fan.

This model is the partial model of "Pin/Rivet" type fan rotor used for 2nd or more stages of fan or front stage of low pressure compressor.
I made it to compare these features.
Parts of this model;
① Fan Blade - all metal and pin/rivet type Made of titanium is common.
② Fan Disc - Pin/Rivet Type
③ Pin
④ Rivet - flared after assembling.
In this model, the screw is used to be possible to disassemble and assemble.

Assembly Points
- Not necessary special skill.
- All blades should be assembled simultaneously.
Total Net Print Time: Approx. 8 HR
- (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support)
Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience.
3D printing settings
Raft, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience.
My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA.
