Description
This is one of a series of sculptures celebrating the god-like status of Antiochus at his tomb on Nemrud Dagi. Elaborately dressed in Persian clothes, tiara and diadem, the king proclaims himself a friend to the Greeks and Romans in the text on the back of the original sclupture.
