You might have some gadgets like cell phones, cameras, etc. that are useless now - either because they are obsolete or broken.
Before you throw them into the trash you can reuse Li-ion battery for your projects. Sometimes they are still in good condition, typically there is also a charger that was included with the product.
Purpose of this adapter is to make reuse of such batteries easy. You just print it and put standard Molex 2510 compatible connector contacts inside.
Adapter is fully customizable so it should not be a problem to customize one for your particular battery type. And you can publish it for the community then :-)
