This model is an optional model that adds an important freewheel clutch function to the main gearbox of a helicopter power train.
The clutch is the device needed to shut off the main rotor and engine when the helicopter is in autorotation.

A. Features of this model
1. Simple roller-type one-way clutch
2. Prepare clutches and shafts for both CW and CCW directions
3. Easy to replace as an input assembly
However, since the input flange position is extended, it is necessary to shorten the drive shaft
or change the engine mounting position. (See figure)

STL file name: "ws" of last 2 digits means "With Support" which special designed.
C. Purchase Parts Information;
- Bearing : WBC6-12ZZ (6x12x4) (3ea), 675ZZ (5x8x2.5) (1ea)
- Straight Pin : φ4x8L (3ea)
- Screws : M1.4x3.5L (5ea), M1.4x6L (2ea)
C. Total Net Print Time: Approx. 8HR
- (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support)
Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience.
D. 3D printing settings
Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience.
But the parts having gear, small shaft and thin portion: 100% infill is recommended.
My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA.

Very nice design I have made some remix : . Adding gaskets . Modifying some parts for a perfect fit and to limit friction as much as possible .
