Ce système a été conçu pour afficher, sur une table, le menu du jour, ainsi que les indications, risques…par rapport à certaines personnes ayant des troubles de la déglutition (type d'aliments, allergies, textures des aliments et boissons…)
Peu encombrant, il permet une lecture rapide des points de vigilance pour l'accompagnement lors des repas.
Il est réalisé sans support, en 2 parties identiques imprimables sur les plateaux de 15x15cm.
Il est assemblé par 2 boulons de 4mm avec les anneaux récupérés sur un classeur de fiches bristol (A5 paysage) ainsi qu'un raidisseur de 6mm imprimable ou en aluminium/bois…longueur: 55mm
