How to transmit rotational power between two misaligned parallel shafts?
Using an Oldham Coupling!
This is just a model not a functional part.
Not tested under heavy load, nor for long time periods. Tolerances are tight, so some sanding is needed.
Fusion 360 file attached, so you can modify it easily.

Notes:
I've used about 15m (45g) of filament for the middle part and two connectors.
Print time: 4h30m with 0.2 layer.
