To get the 2 color graphics, swap filament at 0.4mm layer height. This can be achieved with pause at layer height plugins for Cura, Octoprint, etc, or by slicing two separate models, one that stops at 0.4mm and the next starting at 0.4mm. Some printers have a built in pause at layer height feature.
The model includes round tabs at each corner to improve build plate adhesion. They can be ripped off afterward, or cleanly removed with a X-acto knife.
As you're likely aware, PLA is not sun-friendly, so avoid exposing a PLA case to warm environments to prevent warping. If you want extra security, I recommend silicone bands like these (also on eBay) or these.
These models are designed for printing with a 0.4mm nozzle width, at 0.1-0.2mm layer height. Print at 100% infill with one outline/perimiter shell.
Rotate 45 degrees on the Z axis to fit on a 300x300mm bed.
