P.B.C.O. - Plastic Bottle Cap Opener

This bottle opener should fit on every plastic bottle with a cap diameter of < 30mm like
water bottles, Coca Cola bottles, etc.
I created this originally for the elderly who have trouble opening water bottles by hand and struggles with common openers. With this opener they should be able to open bottles by themself again.
What you additionally need:
Steel File
2x 20mm M3 Screws
2x M3 Nuts
A M3 x 15mm screw for mounting the attachment would be fine too. You need to shorten it anyway for the ideal fit, so it doesn't really matter.
Make sure that you sharpen the other screw, with a file like it is shown in the pictures. It acts as tooth for the bottle cap and it may not work properly otherwise.
A too long screw also has a negative effect on the functionality, so if it doesn't work well for you, try to shorten the screw a little bit more.
This design is my intellectuel property and reselling is not allowed!
For the handle is no additional support needed, I already placed some support in the area where it's needed. You can remove it with a screwdriver or knife afterward.
I printed the Attachment with an infill of 100%, but less would be okay too I think.
The handle has an infill of 30%.
Layer height: 0.15mm
Printing speed: I used 35mm/s for the walls and 45mm/s for the infill.
With these settings, it took me about 6h to print both parts.
Material: PLA
Filament brands: CriArt 3D (blue)/ Geeetech (grey)

I'm slowely moving over to PETG for a number of prints since I figured out the best way for me to print it. My Grey and Purple were 2 pof the only 3 I have in PETG so far. Greyt was Amazon Basics and the Purple came from MakeShaper. My Ender 5 is modified to direct drive with a special Apollo nozzle so your settings may be different. It was done 0.1500 layer height, 30% infill and 45mm/s. Heat was 250/70ºc.
