This product is one of the many products that have been designed to make life easier for people suffering from Arthritis. It is a peeling aid which makes one handed peeling of fruits and vegetables easy. It has two sharp prongs to hold the vegetable or fruit. Such products are pretty expensive and one such product would cost 13~14$ per piece.However, this 3d printed part weighs ~20g and costs less than a dollar apiece. You can even add a plate below it for further improvements/changes.
Printed on a Athena II (Delta RepRap) using Black Hatchbox 1.75 mm PLA at 210 degrees. 15% infill and Layer Height is 0.15 mm with a skirt. Printed at 40mm/sec wall speed and 70 mm/sec infill speed for high quality but it could be done faster too.
