Pálfy-Budinszky Endre was a City Chief Engineer for Szeged. Born April 11, 1902, Endre acquired an Engineering diploma in Budapest. In 1926 he was appointed an engineer of Szeged and shortly became the chief of his industry. OVer the 40 years of service to the city he cultivated the whole urbanism of the area. He was responsible for the city's monuments and cityscape.
