More comfort added for continuous use, can be printed in less than 50 min. with less than 6 mt. of filament. (the L version)
The frame are suitable for adults and children without any modification.
Light, Flexible, Tough, Comfortable these are the keys of this design.
The frame is in two file one with the original Prusa Screen hole path and one with the same hole path of the “PPE Face Shield Print in 35 minutes” frame so you can swap one with other.
Two kind of 15/20 mm elastic band can be needed, 18 cm button ole for the front and 28 cm of normal or button hole for the neckband.
The neckband are attached by an adapter that can be used with any elastic band up to 20mm wide. Or by feature direct to button hole elastic band without the adapters, as you need.
The front band can be replaced with a non elastic band, about 18 cm long, with two buttonhole at the ends or whatever else comes in your mind.

In addition to the high resolution .stl files I have also attached the .step files of the frames and the PDF of the PET screen
