A full ring consists of 2 ½-Rings, put together and fixed with a piece of Ø2.85mm filament
The Ring is used as a gear wheel.
It can be assembled around a Ø85mm Ring, so it will be able to rotate in a spherical way around the Ø85 Ring.
It can be locked in a way that allow the Ø105 Ring to rotate around the center axis of the Ø85 Ring.
Finally the Rings can be fixed together so they will act as one Ring.

I have printed this in PLA with the center axis in vertical direction and with support. Afterwards I have drilled up all the holes with a 3mm drill.
