Components List:
Raspberry Pi 4 Model B
Raspberry Pi 7 inch display
Raspberry Pi official keyboard and mouse
Raspberry Pi official PSU (for the PI 4) or 2A output battery pack
Pimoroni Fan Shim for cooling (Recommended) or Small 30x30x10mm or 40x40x10mm Fan
Raspberry Pi 4 aluminium heatsink set (Optional) - Note: If you're using the Fan Shim you don't need these.
~250g of Red PLA or PTEG
First off. Most of the pieces can be printed without supports. The exception are the display hinges and the extension arms.
The only pieces that need to be printed at 0.15mm are those that have threads (bolts and nuts). The rest can be printed at 0.2mm.
You can increase the infill to 20% if you want extra rigidity, but in my case i used 10% and they turned out fine.
Printed part list:
1x Display case // Tablet component
1x RPI case // Tablet component
1x RPI case lid // Tablet component
1x Left keyboard holder
1x Right keyboard holder
1x Left extension arm
1x Right extension arm
1x Display case left side hinge
1x Display case right side hinge
4x Bolts
4x Nuts
8x Washers - Note: You might want to print two double height washers if you plan to use the laptop as a tablet often. Seeing as the washers are really thin.
