The design flow,

1) I used the torus generator to create the ring and to offset it from center

2) CopyOffset, Pivot (This Pivots around the center and since the object was offset it created this #nice_organic_design)

3) Merged Objects

4) Stitch & Scoop, Union

5) Made two copies and scale them proportionately

6) Merged the copies

7) Magic Fix.

I first merged the objects because of the Stitch & Scoop is not designed to handle so many objects at once but this was only helpful on the first set.
