This is a standard clothespin with a skull at its end. Opening the pin moves the jaw of the skull. The uploaded file contains four STL files. One (skull_pin_complete.stl) is mostly for visualization and shows the parts oriented as in the final product. The others are for printing and contain the bottom and top part of the pin, as well as the top hemisphere of the skull. The skull has been sliced into two parts in order to be printable without support. The top of the skull needs to be glued to its counterpart after printing. In order to assemble the final pin, you need the spring of a regular clothespin. Please note that there are pins with different geometries out there - not every spring will fit.
Print at 0.15 mm layer height, with 50 % infill. This uses 11.1g of filament and takes 90 minutes .
