Parts for Sophie's articulated arms. These parts can make both her left and right arms (hands not included in this upload).
The parts are all symmetrical so you can just print two of each and flip one of them around for her other arm.
There are 8 joints in each arm (four double-revolute joints - one each for the shoulder, upper-arm, elbow and wrist). The wrist has two different varieties so that Sophie's hands can be held with palms flat or to the side.
You will require:
4x M8 40mm long bolts and 4 x M8 nuts
8x M10 40mm long bolts and 8 x M10 nuts
4x M12 50mm long bolts and 4 x M12 nuts
It also helps if you have a set of modelling files and lubricant like petroleum jelly in case some of the joints are tight to assemble.
Best to print on 0.15mm (normal) setting. If you try to go any rougher than this I cannot guarantee that the joints will move. If you have any problems with heat-warping of the parts, try printing them on a raft. Because these are functional components there mustn't be warping otherwise the joints will lock or simply won't fit together.
I found that 30% infill density and 68% support overhang angle were good settings in Cura to ensure that all the joint holes printed correctly but the support material was also easy to remove using long-nosed pliers and sprue cutters.
