Stefan Cicio Pop (1st April 1865 - 16th Februrary 1934) was a Romanian lawyer and politician, a member of the PNR and NPP, Romanian deputy in the Budapest Parliament, an active participant in the Great Union of 1918, vice president of the Great National Assembley in Alba Iulia (where this bust is located) and a member of the Governing Council holding the defense portfolio.
