This is a faily forgiving print, but if you have loose tollerances, the wings and tabs on teh handles may be a bit hard to fit in, if this is the case, you can always take a knife to widen the holes, or trim the tabs

Print in a minimum of .2mm layer height. Grip should be high infill for strength, the rest do not need to be
These parts are prescaled to work with a 22mm diameter dowel (7/8 inch) with a length of 460mm (18 inch)
