Description
Relief offered at his own expense by the slave Apronianus, cashier -arkarius- of the city of Aequiculum. He was in charge of the custody and administration of the collected money under the supervision of the chief magistrate of the town. From other inscriptions wwe learn that Apronianus was also reponsible for the financial management of the ceremonies in honor of Mithras, Serapis and Isis.
