Description
This monumental sculpture, unveiled on the 28th April (Worker Memorial Day, also known as the International Day for Workers Safety) commemorates those who were killed at work or have died from industrial injuries and diseases. The 28th April is is also a campaigning day for the living. The sculpture is also representative for International Workers' Day, which lands a few days later on May 1st, Internal Worker's Day.
The public work can be found in Three Mills Green in Stratford, East London.
